Psyonix, the developer behind Rocket League, will be crossing over with Ferrari and as a result, the game will have a new crossover car added in. The car in question is the Ferrari 296 GTB hybrid sports car, and it will be available in Rocket League starting tomorrow, August 31. The 296 GTB will be available to players in the Item Shop, and it will be accessible on all platforms that Rocket League is available on.

Players will be able to access the new car in the Ferrari 296 GTB Bundle in Rocket League’s Item Shop. The Ferrari 296 Bundle comes with the various parts of the new vehicle, including the Ferrari 296 GTB car, Ferrari 296 GTB Engine Audio, Ferrari 296 GTB Wheels, Assetto Fiorano Decal, and Ferrari Antenna. Rocket League’s new bundle will be available for 2,000 Credits in the Item Shop from tomorrow until next Tuesday, September 6. Players will also be to get their hands on the Ferrari Player Banner to go with the 296 GTB, which will also be available in the Item Shop for free starting tomorrow until September 6, as well. There was even a new trailer starring the new sports car released to promote the collaboration between Rocket League and Ferrari.

Now, Rocket League is no stranger to having crossovers similar to Fortnite, with famous properties and film franchises represented in the game through various cars. Some crossover cars added to the game include the famous Aston Martin DB5 from the James Bond franchise, the DeLorean time machine from the Back To The Future films, and Ecto-1 from the Ghostbusters films.

Rocket League even added several Batman vehicles from different films added into the game for players to enjoy. It had the version of the Batmobile from the 1989 film Batman and the Tumbler from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy. Rocket League even added the new Batmobile from the most recent film about the caped crusader, The Batman directed by Matt Reeves. Soon players will be able to enjoy the new Ferrari 296 GTB in Rocket League and take it for a spin in the game.

Rocket League is free-to-play for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
